Mallard Hen

Hollow carved mallard hen by Columbia River Decoys (Nahcotta, WA) in excellent all original paint and condition. Stamped on the bottom by the maker. The well know artist David Hagerbaumer had a hand in the making of these wonderful Pacific Northwest decoys. Turned head. Measures 16" in length. Dated to the late 70's.

Bluebill Pair

Great hollow carved broadbill pair by Floyd A. Millett (Grays Harbor, WA). Millett (1903-1990) was a succesful businessman and skilled woodworker, cabinet maker and boat builder. This broadbill pair, in good all original paint and condition with weighted keels, were made in the 1960s.

Dick Thedens

Pintail Drake

This is about as stylish as a decoy gets...A hollow carved pintail drake by Dick Thedens (Ellensburg, WA) ca. 1960s. The collector found a group of decoys by this maker in 1976 on his duck/decoy hunt in the region. This was in a group of nine pintail and this, his favorite, is the last one available. Each tail is removable and color coded. The bottom has a recessed area for the swinging balast weight. Measures 22" in length.
