Excellent and original hollow carved Pacific black brant in swimming posture by Bill Neal (Sonoma, CA). Four raised primary feathers. Measures approximately 18" in length. Signed on the bottom “Bill Neal 1 of 19”. See pages 154-158 of Wildfowl Decoys of California by Michael Miller.
