Hollow carved mallard hen by Percy Bicknell (Richmond, B.C. Canada) ca. 1930. Paint is moderately worn and all original. Measures 16.5” in length. See page 22 of Wildfowl Decoys of the Pacific Coast by Miller and Hanson. Early example by this collectable BC maker. Note the neck crack.
