Moderate wear to this rare all original paint hollow redwood wigeon drake from Woodward’s Tule Lake Company (Sacramento, CA) ca. 1920s. Elaborate comb and scratch painting on the back. Good ink stamp on the bottom. See page 561 of Wildfowl Decoys of California by Michael Miller for a similar example. Measures 13 3/4” in length.
