Stunning hollow carved hooded merganser drake by the talented decoy artist William Gibian (Onancock, VA). Excellent and all original paint. Note: There appears to be some paint flaking at the top head on the black portion of the crest on both sides. If desired this is likely a very easy paint repair. Dated 11/96. Measures 15” in length.
